static web app 배포할때 환경을 node, html, ... 선택 가능하다.
html 파일만 사용해도, 애저의 자동 빌드 프로그램은 package.json 파일을 찾으려다 에러가 난다.(node파일) 251021 기준 작동하는 yaml 파일이다.
